Plan B : Assessment and personalised feedback and report - virtual and email feedback report following virtual assessment
Plan C : Assessment, feedback and single one-on-one coaching session to assist you with developing your own personal plan to manage pain and find the best way forward
Plan D : Assessment, feedback and 4 one-on-one coaching sessions (either once a week, alternate weeks, or once a month for four months) to develop your own personal plan and assist you with overcoming difficulties along the way, as well as working with you to address changes and challenges as they occur
Plan E : Assessment, feedback and 8 one-on-one coaching sessions - this plan also includes a weekly email with recipe ideas and links to breathing and meditation/mindfulness sessions
Single one-on-one coaching sessions - can only be purchased after one of the above plans has been completed
